How Does the Ticket System Work?
If you need help or want to contact us, you can easily send a message using our ticket system.
Ticket option (send us a message) is available after you register and log in to your account!
- How to access on mobile:
On mobile, tap the three icons in the top right corner. A menu will slide out—just choose "Ticket" to open the contact form. - How to access on desktop:
On desktop, log in to your account and look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Simply click on “Tickets (Contact)” and you’ll be taken straight to the contact form where you can reach us. - How to send a ticket:
Write a subject, describe your issue or question, and (if needed) attach files. Then click "Submit ticket."
Your message will be sent to our support team. - Checking your ticket status:
Below the form, you’ll see a list of your tickets. - If your ticket status is Pending, it means we’re still working on it.
- When you see Answered, it means you’ve got a reply!
- Email notifications:
If you have confirmed your email, you’ll get a notification when we answer your ticket.
