General

1. By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service weather you read them or not.
2. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

4. Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
5. We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
6. We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.
7. You must be respectful of our support team. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
8. The uptherange administrator has the authority to approve accounts.
9. uptherange cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by users who have not read and understood these terms of service.
10. By signing up, you agree to receive our promotion letters. To unsubscribe, click the "Unsubscribe" button or open a ticket on our website.

Orders Execution Policy

1. We do not accept the promotion of pornographic, hateful, gambling websites/social media accounts in orders from uptherange.com.
2. Before placing an order, ensure that your Profile/Channel/Page is publicly accessible to all users worldwide (public).
3. Orders are final; after creating an order, the cancellation of your order is not guaranteed. You can request order cancellation by creating a support ticket, and if the administration deems it appropriate, your order may be canceled.
4. You will receive a unique Order ID for each order you place.
5. We offer guarantees only for services with the Refill option. Services without the Refill option do not come with any guarantee.
6. We only guarantee the followers/likes/views we provide. We do not guarantee the total existing number of followers/likes/views.
7. If the starting number is 500, and the order quantity is 1000, we guarantee only 1000 followers/views, not a total of 1500.
8. You cannot place an order with a different provider using the same link while your order is still in progress. No refunds will be issued for such orders.
9. Changing the name of a profile or channel after ordering constitutes fraud and invalidates the guarantee of your order. If you delete your page/account, change your username, or set it to private after placing an order, we will not refund the amount you ordered.
10. Do not use multiple services simultaneously for the same link (on this panel or another panel). If you want to use multiple services for the same link, please wait for the first order to reach [Completed], [Canceled], or [Partial] status; otherwise, no cancellation will be made, and both orders will be marked as [Completed]. In this case, we cannot provide an accurate number of followers, likes, views, etc. We will not refund for the mentioned orders.
11. Please wait until your order is refilled, canceled, or partially filled if your order drops before placing a new order.
12. The system will detect the starting number when you submit an order and mark it as Completed after the requested quantity is fulfilled.
13. If you delete your page/account, change your username, or set it to private after placing an order, we will not refund the amount you ordered.
14. If your page already has more than 10,000 subscribers/likes/views before ordering, there is no refill guarantee because it is not possible to determine where the subscribers/likes/views disappeared from.
15. No refunds are made for orders with the status "Completed."
16. We only guarantee the delivery of subscribers, likes, views, etc. We do not guarantee any interaction with your content.
17. We do not provide any guarantees regarding the speed, timing, or profile views of the services. All numbers and information mentioned in the description are purely statistical in nature. Service descriptions related to timing or profile views are only estimations concerning the time and profile views. There is no guarantee for how long it will take for your order to be completed with which profiles.

Refund Policy

1. There are no refunds after a deposit was made. There is no way to reverse it.
2. You must use your balance to execute orders on uptherange.com
3. You agree to the fact that once a payment is completed, you will not open dispute or a chargeback against uptherange.com.
4. If you file a dispute or chargeback,we reserve rights to cancel your all future orders,ban you from uptherange.com and remove all social media services deliveredto you.
5. We will not allow fraudulent activity such as stolen credit cards, unauthorized activity on our website and such accounts will be suspended.

7. There are no refunds for completed orders.
8. Beware of impersonators asking for payments out of the panel. Only use uptherange.com dashboard to make payments. uptherange.com does not hold the account for actions done by them.
9. If you are placing duplicate link while 1 is already in process then it'll be your loss , as they will overlap the numbers and there's no refunds for such orders will be made!
10. Any order in which our support team is not able to check the counts i.e services like story views , live views etc.. will be requiring screenshot for refund/refill.

Limitations

In no event shall uptherange.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on uptherange’s Internet site, even if uptherange or a uptherange’s authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Billing

1. Payments at uptherange.com are made through contact with the website administration. The customer must write a message to the administration via WhatsApp, Telegram, or the ticket system. The customer pays the amount to the bank account after written agreement with the administration and acceptance of the terms and conditions, and then the funds are added to their account on our website.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on uptherange’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. uptherange does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. uptherange may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. uptherange does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
